  • My car has been damaged. What should I do?

    If you haven't already, call your insurer. They'll give you a list of repairers. If you decide to use us, we'll call you to arrange the work.

  • Which insurance companies are you approved repairers for?

    We carry out work for all leading insurance companies and are approved repairers for Islands Insurance, National Farmers Union, Motor Care, Admiral, Bell, Elephant and Brit Insurance.

  • My insurer isn't on that list. Can I still use you?

    No problem, when you call your insurer, just let them know you'd like to use us. We are BSI accredited (KM561429) and carry out work for all leading insurance companies.

  • How do I know I'll get a good repair on my car?

    We carry the BSI, PAS 125 kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair (KM561429). This guarantees that our staff are ATA qualified for the work they are undertaking and our equipment is regularly tested for safety. You can have confidence that your vehicle will be repaired safely and to the highest standards.

  • My car has been damaged and I'm not making a claim. Can you still help us?

    Of course. We will be happy to provide you with a competitive estimate for the work. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Will I get a complimentary loan car?

    Yes. While your vehicle is being repaired you'll have access to a free loan car. We have both manual and automatic, plus a range of vans.

  • Do you have a Privacy Policy?
